At Bargaintown, we want you to love your home furnishings; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all furniture and decor items are in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bargaintown account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully disassemble any furniture and place all components, hardware, and manuals back into the original shipping boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, our logistics team will contact you to arrange a convenient curbside pickup, while smaller decor items can be dropped off at any authorized shipping center using our prepaid label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
